Shipping Policy

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery options for each item on its product page as well as in cart.

For large items, we partner with carriers who specialize in transportation and final delivery to ensure the product arrives safely and soundly. Your order is handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves the warehouse to the time it has been successfully delivered at your home. 

PROCESS

Due to size and weight, the shippment might contains multiple packages. The shipping and delivery process is as follows:

1) Your order gets picked up from the warehouse. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to let you know your order is on its way.

2) Your order is shipped to a local delivery agent. A carrier transports your order to a delivery professional in your area.

3)You sign for the order. Your local delivery agent will contact you.

4) Enjoy your new item! Check the conditions and packaging of your order. If you have any concerns, as always, feel free to contact us for any additional help! 

DELIVERY CHARGE

We currently offer free shipping and delivery service. Your package(s) will be shipped and delivered by FedEx. All shipments can be tracked on FedEx website.

EXCEPTIONS

At this time, we are unable to provide shipping to APO/FPO/PO box addresses

Please note that we do not provide sales services to the following remote areas : Canda, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands.

SHIPPING HANDLING

After the order is placed, it takes some time to handle the shipping process. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Therefore the item(s) usually can be shipped in 2-3 business days. As large items must be shipped by truck, delivery can take 1-2 weeks.  For presale products, please expect longer shipping & delivery period. 

Please note that due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, our delievry ETAs have been longer than usual in some cases . 

P.S.There may be reasons for warehouse transfer, which will lead to longer delivery time.

DELIVERY

Your local delivery agent will contact you. 

Signatures might be required for all deliveries unless otherwise stated. 

Your order will be delivered to the front door of your house or apartment. If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we’ll deliver to the front door of your apartment whenever possible. Some multi-tenant buildings are restricting access to non-residents — in these cases, our team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they’re safely able to.
