Warranty Policy

This limited warranty is provided by 【LINSY】(“Linsy”, ”we”, “us”) to you as the original purchaser of the Products listed below (the "Product"). Please note that our limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the Product.

Duration of Limited Warranty:

The Product will be covered for the corresponding time periods listed in the chart above. 

 

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

 

What is covered under this limited warranty?

Before our Product arrives unused, there is smudges, damage in the following cases:

  • Food, beverage, human and pet stains
  • Accidental rips & tears

 

The following situations occur under normal use, excluding man-made malicious damage:

  • Broken frames  & metal components
  • Broken zippers
  • Chipped, cracked & peeling wood
  • Minor burn & heat marks
  • Productrepair or replacement PS.

 

How to obtain warranty service:

If you experience issues with your Product piece, please contact us at 【support@linsy.com】first.

 

Please send your 【sales receipt】 as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for the warranty to be valid. And to help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the Product taken from various angles and distances. If possible, include photos of the box the Product arrived in, as it may have been damaged during transport. If the issue can’t be documented with photos, short videos are also welcome.

 

What will be done to correct warranty issues

【LINSY】 will generally reply within 1 business days after receiving your requests.【LINSY】will examine the Product and decide if it’s covered under this limited warranty. We will then, at our option, organize replacement parts, repairs, or, in necessary cases, complete replacements. In these cases, we will be responsible for the costs of repairs, spare parts, labor and travel for repair staff that we incurs, provided that the Product is accessible for repair without we incurring additional expenditure to gain access. This will not apply in cases where repair work has not been authorized by【LINSY】. Any defective parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of 【LINSY】. If the item is no longer sold by 【LINSY】, we will provide an appropriate replacement. We will decide at its discretion, what will constitute an appropriate replacement.

 

What is not covered under this limited warranty?

Warranties are only valid when Products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by this limited warranty.

 

Warranties also exclude damage caused by the following:

  • Damage caused by human factors, accident, misuse of the Productor negligence
  • Damage that occurs during Productdelivery
  • Pet damage (other than bodily fluids)
  • Odor elimination
  • Stains resulting from acid, ink, wax, dyes, bleach (outside of recommended use) or similar liquids
  • Natural disasters
  • Fortuitous events
  • Theft or loss of the Product
  • Riots, wars, looting, and vandalism
  • Multiple claims filed at the same time
  • Claims not initiated within warranty time of the issue

 

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
