Pre-order Questions

  • Where do you ship your products?

We only sell and ship our products in the United States by far. However, please note that we do not provide sales services to the following remote areas : Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands.

 

  • Do you accept payment installments?

Yes, you can pay overtime when you choose to pay with Paypal Installments.

 

  • If I am a veteran or actively serving the military, do I get a military discount myself and for my family? 

Linsy strives to be a responsible furniture manufacturer and stakeholder in the society. We’ve been learning and improving our service. Including military discounts into our payment system is the next resort. Stay tuned.

 

  • If I am an interior designer, do I get a designer promo code?

Yes, please contact Linsy Support Team at support@linsy.com.

 

Post-order & Shipping 

  • How do I know if I successfully placed my order?

After you pay, you will get a confirmation email from our system which says you have your payment done. If it does not show up in your inbox, please check your spam box, or contact Linsy Support Team at support@linsy.com.

 

  • How do I get the tracking number of my order?

Once FedEx picks up parcels from our warehouse, the tracking number will be sent to your email address through our system.

 

  • What are the differences between your VIP shipping package and the Basic drop-off one?

Both of them are door-to-door service, but two major differences distinguish them. With the VIP package, you will be able to schedule a time before FedEx delivers your parcels. According to the protocols, FedEx is also required to notify you beforehand and help you sign the goods while receiving. The Basic version, however, simply drops off at your door.

  • Do you provide customization service?

Unfortunately, we only sell products with color, design options available on our website.

 

  • Can I have a free fabric sample?

Yes, we do offer fabric swatch for our customers. However, all the fabric samples are currently out of stock. To get swatches once in stock, please contact Linsy Support Team at support@linsy.com.

 

  • What’s the dimension of an individual seat?

We have measurements of each sofa pictured in the product description.

 

  • Do you have assembly instructions?

Yes, each sofa will come with a paper-version assembly instruction. You can also download an electronic one from the website.

  • How to unsubscribe your web page?

  • How to clean up my sofa?

Most of our sofas are made of  microfiber and silicone leather, both of which are very easy to maintain. The easiest way to clean up liquid and stains is to use a wet cloth to wipe. Extra dry clean or chemical cleaner are unnecessary. Some might damage the surface.
